Controlling speed with MIDI

Post by Zster »

Hi!

Is it possible to control the speed of the lights with a fader?
I am not sure if you know what i mean but it its the horizntal bar just beneath the grid where you can see which direction the light is pointing.

Can someone help me?

Try setup -> freestyler setup -> external control -> Midi.
There all listed and most self explanatory look for sequence speed.

Its not sequence speed as i am not running any sequences.

I am only using the direct bezies to run my lights. There is a bar that controls the speed of those. Its that bar i would like as a fader on my MIDI control.

I hope you understand my question, im not the best at English.

setup -> freestyler setup -> external control -> Midi -> Midi to dmx

configure a midi note to the appropriate dmx fader that the speed of lighting controls
