Hi
Need some help guys,
Running to pr 150 lights dmx in a pair. Want them to do the same thing apart from the pan so they cross over each other!? Please help I'm new to this so be gentle!

Invert pan on one fixture either in the software or on the fixture it's self. I'd personally do it in the software then you can always sell the fixtures at a later date and know nothing has been changed (which you'd have to tell the buyer or change them back if you did)

Brilliant cheers , think change pan in program sounds better, where do I go to change the pan on one light?

It's alright. If you go on the software and then click the icon which looks like a grid icon on the bar at the top, it will open the pan and tilt window (select the fixture before you want to invert).
