IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MORE THAN 24 GROUPS?

Post by raphasicro »

Guys, I'm in the process of learning about 23-2024 and I always have questions.

Is it possible to increase the number of groups beyond the stated limit of 24 groups?

Would I be able to create a 25th group? Maybe it wouldn't appear in the list, I wouldn't be able to use a keyboard shortcut to select it or even a shortcut to blackout group.

Or would the program simply prevent me from creating a 25th group?

Thanks!

I don';t think there is a way unless a new version would support it.
I could use more than 24 sequences too.
32 or 36 would be nice.
Or even better, 64.. then i can use all the buttons on my APC Mini Mk2

I figured it would be like this. I hope that one day this can change, until then, I will work around it with other solutions.

Thanks for the comment!

I think you can change those items in the .ini file that is located in the "app data" folder which is usually a hidden folder by default.

Ok, the file is in the install folder on the C: drive "Freestyler configuration"
i cannot see where you can change amount of groups but there is a place to change the amount of sequences. If i remember correctly the limit is 99. You should probably use a program like "Visual studio" instead of "notepad" to make changes to the file.
