Light show / Cue

Hi,

For a small room I am setting up some sequences / cue's to set colours and speed and moves based on music what is playing.

When a party is going on we should be able to push a button like, green room, slow music, house music etc. and depending on that my lights will get their settings.
This all is working fine, but now I made one sequene for hard music that all par's are going on strobo and my laser turns on. This should not run for very long time.

But when I activate this sequence from my cuelist and later activate a normal sequence back the pars keeps strobe and the laser keeps shining. Pars do get the colour from the cue I choose, but strobe is not stopping.

Is there a way to achieve what I want? So I can switch from light show easy while we have a party?

Make sure your other sequences turn off the laser and stop the strobe.

And in your cue player select "restore values" for every cue.

Just a small comment / idea.

I don't know how much you want to operate your light when the music is playing but you can use the override buttons additionally to make your light more flexible.

Make a sequence which sets the basic light and use that as normal.

Then make two sequences. One which sets on the laser and one which sets on the strobe.
Place them on the on the override buttons.
You can now switch on and off the laser and the strobe pressing the override buttons.
Eventually configure the strobe button as a flash button and then the strobe will only be on as long as you are pressing the strobe button.
