I need Programming fader for red par led and fader for green par led and... to play the show Manual.

What fixture? Find out what channel is red/green from the owners manual.
What midi controller? Map the fader of your midi device to control the above channels.
Check the wiki, you'll eventually find out what you need.

1 for red
1 for green

i use led bar

Please EXPORT (use the Fixture Creator) the fixture definition for you instrument(s). From there we probably can obtain the information needed to assist you.

Yes, I understand what you are asking for. Without the requested information we can not assist you.
However, there will be cues involved as that is what is loaded into the submasters

That is not the way Freestyler works. You either load a sequence or a cue list into a submaster. The sequence can be a single step, for example to set a color.

single step red in sequence into a submaster
single step green in anther sequence into a submaster
but all sequence Works With some
