CUE restore values doesnt work

Hi! My name is Alex and i am desperate.
I have set favorite, startup and shutdown values (shutter off) , but when i stop a playing sequence, it just stops on same step. Am i stupid?

You are not stupid but, Lights only do what they are told to do. If you are running a sequence and you stop the sequence whatever the last step running is where it stops. You have to program sequences or override buttons to turn everything off just like when you make a sequence to turn it on. The same will apply when making a sequence where a par can is red. If you program the red sequence but do not do anything to the other channels (green, blue, ...)then carry over values will apply. Meaning: When you run your red sequence followed by your green sequence you will actually get yellow because it will not turn the red off unless you programmed it as off in the Green sequence.
When stopping a sequence or override it should go to the last value before the button was activated not to off.
