Where do 2nd Universe Fixtures Show

I added some fixtures to the 2nd universe but they don't show on the screen with icons. If I add those same fixtures to universe 1 they show.

Im talking about the screen with all the fixture icons. Am I missing something here?

So they were appearing out of the view window for some reason. I created a new zone and added them there and they appeared in the view window.
