Attached is my attempt.
Be sure to click Window All after you select the fixture.
You should see 6 windows:
1. the standard slider window
2. a custom slider window
3. a color selection window
4. a pan/tilt window
5. a macro window
6. a lamp window
You may need to move the windows around in order to see all of them
Your feedback will be appreciated.
