I am looking for settings for SHOWTEC Led Clubscanner 20w . I have attached the user manual.
Any help would be appreciated!

The manual is confusing. In one place it states the fixture uses 12 DMX channels. However, in the section that documents DMX channel usage it only lists 5 channels.

This "12 chanels" is probably a writing error
