I'm new to FS, so forgive me if my references are incorrect.
First let me explain what I'm trying to do. I'd have 4 RGB pars, and 4 chauvet moving heads. I would like to have my pars change to the beat of the music, while the moving heads pan.
I enable Sound 2 Light for the pars, and it works great. However, once I enable that, I can't turn on the shape program in the pan/tilt menu for my moving heads. I click "off" to turn it on, and nothing happens.
Is this by design, or am I doing something wrong. If it's by design, any suggestions on accomplishing what I'm trying to do?
Thanks in advance for any input.

You can only use the "shapes" within cues. You must make a cue with the movements you want then the S2L can work but you can not just use shapes on the fly

Yeah, what he said..Partyman wrote:You can only use the "shapes" within cues. You must make a cue with the movements you want then the S2L can work but you can not just use shapes on the fly
Once you open the playback windows (such as cue window) it takes over the output - as you might expect - since its like saying to freestyler I am at a gig playing out now, rather than just seeing or pre-programming a scene. So if the shape you want is saved into a cue then you can run that sequence to play your shape.
If you would like the ability to playback movements, shapes and colours separately to give more possible combinations with less programming and be nice and flexible then check out the wiki submasters tutorial.
