Shutter Control

First off, I am completely new to the Dmx world and freestyler. I have set up 4 Venue thinpar 64 lights followed by a Chauvet colorstrip at which point I terminate the chain. My first two venue lights work as they are supposed to.... My next two do not respond to individual shutter commands ( they do respond to complete blackout) or to strobe functions. My Chauvet colorstrip responds as it's supposed to. I have looked through the forums and messed with the software and lights trying to figure this one out but it's beyond me.... Any help is appreciated.
