Freestyler crashing

I have been using freestyler for about 5 years now. I am very gratefull for the free software. I use it from theater production to quick on the fly band performances. I have always used an dedicated laptop(no other use for it - just lighting).

about a weak ago during an event, X2 crashed on me in the middle of the show. I found the right moment to restart is as i knew it was going to black out. Only to find that when it restarted my fixtures I added to the "location" was remove I was staring at a blank page, I looked at my cuelist and it to was blank.

I use override buttons and when it crashes it clears it.

I then checked all my scenes and chases was still saved so I just had to drag it back on the cuelist and override buttons.

I resolved the problem by saving my location as well as my cuelist, although I cant save my override buttons. I just need to redo that all the time.

(After it chrashed the first time)I had allot of user defined keys so, when the song ended (that night) I pressed space bar witch is my manual trigger. Freestyler not responding to it i checked my user defined keys and every key I ever set was gone and I had to reset it. And it resets it every time it "crashes"

What happens in this "crash" is freestyler just closes like you would press the minimize button but there is no icon in task bar. If you try to reopen freestyler it says "an previous version is already running" only after a few seconds when you try again to open freestyler it opens

I thought by myself lets try the update see if that works at first it did. After 30 min it "crashed" again.
It is important to note that this "crash" will happen once or twice in an 5 hour period so it is not regular.

I would just like some professional advice as to not experience the stress of not knowing when freestyler is going to stop working.

It could be my computer? Or something else?

What version of FreeStyler and other helpful informations do you have ?

Currently I am using 3.6.2 but it did it on the previous version I had witch version is unknown to me. Other than that i have been trying to get what happens on video but obviously it has yet to happen while I am still recording .

I have the same problem. I have it on two different PCs tested both with Windows 10. After a certain time crashes freestyler. Exactly as described above.

Can you help me with this?
