can't seem to program attributes sequences

Post by sowndman »

Well, I can program mirror movements, I have 4 isolution irock 7s which there is a fixture file. I can adjust the color and gobo maually, but can't seem to get the channel values saved in the scenes of a chase. i want to be able to save individual seq of pan/tilt/color, gobo, etc to then put together into a cue or macro

Any help would be appreciated !!

Update
I figured out how to do it manually by typing in the number.

What I don't understand is if I move the the mirror to a certain positon, it is saved in the seq, but if I tried to save the color or gobo it does not.

If you use the sliders that pop out on the right of freestyler desktop to adjust the channel levels then the values will be saved in your sequence.I have experienced a similar problem. I have found for my fixtures that the strobe effect only saves if I adjust the value in the sliders and doesn't save if I use the lamp/strobe popup. I don't know if this is a fault of freestyler, or the fixture file it uses. If you create sequences in offline mode you can type the values in directly.
