Suggestion on which interface to purchase?

I am the lighting director at our church. We are going to switch over to pc controlled lighting. Basically our board is getting to full. We are running two Elation Color spot 250 as wash and effects, 24 Par can, We are adding 8 American Dj P38 Rgb Led lights this week and two fog machines. In the future we are going to add 4 more moving head and 4 p196 led. Any suggestions on what interface to purchase? We also go do gigs at schools and outdoor events. I want to be able to take the led cans and run a show with them on the road. Thanks in advance for any help.
