Hi guys n gals,
I've just found Freestyler and I must say, very impressed.
However I have been a Martin Lightjockey man for many years and because of this I'm finding it hard to program Freestyler.
I have read guides on how to install, make fixtures, how to add scenes, but not how to make a screen with clickable programmed buttons, like you can on Lightjockey. I've been trying now for about 15 hours today and I guess I'm getting a little stupid and tired now. What am i missing to store the cues on clickable buttons?
Can you make a click screen as you can in light jockey?
Hope you can help as my head is mashed.
I'm using xp and a velleman k8062 interface if this helps.
Thanks in advance

Re: Freestyler Programming
I am in the same boat. I have such great lighting effects and I only use the preprogrammed movements with my scanners and the dmx 400 with my led cans. HELP. Can someone send me anything they have to help me learn to program my lighting. I see so many DJ's with the lighting just perfect and moving in such a great effect and I look like an idiot because I do not know how to program my lighting. I have not spent a full day trying so if anyone can give me any clue on how to do it would be great.
I do have one question? How does the 3D feature work? I am always setting up my lights to program them. I know there has to be a better way besides setting my lightshow up and playing around.
Anyway. HELP!!!
Thanks,
Doug

Hello
This is actually quite simple to do.
Click Window> Create a sequens.
Ask your right standings in your lamps.
Then click Save.
Then click on the bottom of the window "button to add". Enter the sequens a name and press save.
Just click in the main fs on the "programmable overide button"
If it is right now the sequens in the first button.
If you use your right mouse button click on that you can choose whether it is a normal or flash button should be.
