Dear Freestylers,
I am trying to use Freestyler for the first time and I am half way but the 3D function doesn't work (easyview)!
I can start EasyView outside Freestyler but when I trying to start it from the 3D button within Freestyler I receive an error (see attachment).
I reinstalled FreeStyler a serveral times (3.5.5 and 3.5.7) but it won't work. First I removed all the files from the C drive (C:\FreeStyler) and after that I installed FreeStyler. After the installation of FreeStyler I ran the sertup again to install EasyView.
I am getting every time that error message. And the stranges part of this problem is, I can start EasyView when I run the executable from the folder.
The only problem I can image where this error could come from is: I didn't install the videodrivers for my Dell D630 at the first installation of FreeStyler (and Enttac Open DMX). I installed the video drivers afterwards.
I use Windows 7 (tiny edition). I also changed the permissions of the folder (I thought maybe that could be the error) but didn't work either.
The lights are working within FreeStyler.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I am totally lost...

Re: Can't start EasyView from FreeStyler - Application Error
Uninstall start clean, update windows, video card drivers and direct x, then install clean freestyler and easyview together and extract mevp.dll from c:\freestyler\mevp.zip and overwrite the old one (mevp.dll) in c:\freestyler folder. Then chose freestyler when you launch easyview from freestyler toolbar.
