1) sound to light is fine but need it facing down more as they on 2m + truss and not hitting the crowd hardly, so would like it to light up the crows as such more.
2) on pre programme figure 8 rectangular etc( cant remember name) how do i ge tit to change to different cours? Only via manual shows? Ir can i do auto to?

1) Sound to light is dependent upon the beat and how it does it's thing, so if you play around with it a bit it might do what you want. I think you can change some information in a .txt file to make it work better, but don't ask me where that is because I don't know.
2) Pre-programmed shapes don't change colours as far as I'm aware, they only effect the PAN and TILT DMX channels, so you'd have to change the colour manually to change it I believe

Still struggling to get the heads to face down more, all they do is face up and around and not crowd scan even the slightest. Help pls

If you open the pan and tilt window, you've got the button called "shape" click on it and it will open a window at the side with the shape in. It will then mean you can move the shape around, rotate it and make it bigger or small, this will effect the beam and means you can place it where you need to go.
Have a play around and see what happens! You'll be surprised how simple it is to make complex movements.
