OK, Freestyler does have the 28channel ADJ Megapixel file, and it works. However, I'm having a bit of an issue.
I've added 2 ADJ Megapixels. I can communicate with both of them, and access individual color channels on each one. The 2nd device lets me access all 28 channels, including the macros. That device, on its LED panel, is in 28ch mode. It seems to be working fine. The problem is with the 1st device in the line. I've swapped it with several different lights, all do same thing. If the 1st light is in 28ch mode, its totally unresponsive. If I switch it to 24ch mode, I can access the 1st 24 channels (all the light colors), but none of the last 4. That makes sense, a bit. But why isn't it responding when in 28ch mode?

It could be a number of reasons but if one is working fine and you brought them together, I'd say it's an internal fault and if under warranty take it back and exchange it.
