When I run a sequence, I have no control over my fixtures. Each one has an orange asterisk (*) on it's icon.
How can I regain control without restarting the program?

I managed to figure it out, although I'm not sure if there's something else I'm missing.
The sequence creator was open, but offline. The cue list was open, had just run, but not looping. I assumed that after the last step it would let me control the lights. I now see that it needs to be closed.
HOWEVER, even after closing the cue list, the sequence creator was still offline. I needed to close that out and re-open. That's where I'm not sure if I missed something or not, because if I understand correctly, it should go back online after closing the cue list.

yes your right..
if the cue window is open Sequence creator will be on Offline mode..
and you need to Close the CUE and Re-open Sequence creator again. it just the way how it works..
maby nice to know but if you use 3Dview you can use Seqeunce Creator in Offline mode and it will be shown on 3D View.
