Ok, so what I've done is I've created a FORWARD and BACKWARD chase for each red and yellow (and others not in this example). When I press button for the red chase, I expect it to scan one at a time left and right forever.......and it does.......and so does the yellow. My issue, say red is scanning left and right, when I go and press the yellow scan, I would expect that all "last" red that was active to "shut off" and then only the yellows scan since that is the patterns that I programmed for yellow only. However, when I directly switch from red to yellow or vice versa, whatever last par can was "on" at the time I button switch, that par remains lit and the other button color begins........
I tried to do a once shot to shut all lights off, then do the color selected scan, but that doesn't work either.......now, this is all being done in the simulator, I'm not sure how the hardware will react, but I would suspect exactly the same.
If I press the red chase on, then press red chase button again, all the reds turn off, then I can select yellow....if I press yellow again, all yellows go off and then I can select red......etc etc........
My issue is I don't want to have to press the "running" button twice (on/off) when I switch the button scene (hence the attempt at a one shot to turn all off at the beginning of the sequence).....
Can anyone offer a suggestion to how I can fix this? I want to be able to press any given button that is programmed, and have it do just that and turning off the last scene pars.
If I have to, I can make a video, but hopefully this is enough info.
Any help would be great.
Thanks!
