Hi
I have a regular 500 W High power can light. I currently have an on/off switch. I will be moving that to a DMX controller so that I could control via laptop of blackout to 100% brightness. I am not sure which fixture to select in the software. I bought this light at a regular electrical store couple of years ago. I am using velleman 116 USB device that will connect to a DMX on Channel 1.
Any idea on how to achieve the above would be a greatly appreciated. I am novice in this DMX world.

My light can looks like this, UL Par-64 Light Fixture. It has wide angle 500 W bulbs.
Regards,
Raj

Re: How to Add normal Can light
Hej Raj.
You need something to control you "can" with because it don't have a DMX interface.
It can be a dimmer pack like this http://www.americandj.com/ProductDetail ... mer%20pack.
And for these devices there are many fixtures available.
Have evt. a look here http://www.freestylersupport.com/wiki/f ... ial:dimmer
