newbie dumb question

hi,
is it possible to send say cc 98 on channel 16 to a specific midi port and configure that within the bcf2000?
I need to address ports 1 and 2 independently within my laptop and my software has 8 ports?
The interface is RME fireface 800. Software "Gigastudio 4". Win 7 64 bit.
