LedTrix and vnc

Here is something to ponder, I needed to run my freestyler setup off set, so I set up a vnc server on the machine so I could control it from an iPad. When I log in using the iPad LedTrix doesn't work any more, I have to re log in on the machine to restart LedTrix. Can anyone help on this matter?
