Need to make Moviehead run slow into the steps

Hello i have a moviehead DTX xr7 with Oksidizer USB2DMX driver with usb 512 cable .
My MH works good with frestyler but when i create sequence with 20-50-100 steps...i save it and i select add tu cue.
I try in many way to make run slowly into the steps but i can't make this.
I change the fade but it seems for me doesn't work..
When i chane the speed it;s work speed but sped change only the time when change the steps but not the movement into the steps..
I want to if my MH is in the position 1 at the right side when he move in the step 2 in the left side the moviehead to run slowly (need to adjust the speed moving left ,right, up ,and, down.
How can i make that ?

Have you got the pan and tilt set to fade?
This should show as a green not yellow icon in pan/tilt window.

Check the cue window, ensure you do not have disable all fades selected.
