LedTrix Font size

I am not sure if I am doing some thing wrong or if there is a bug

I have a 8 x 8 led bar matrix available
This bellow is not tested in real life. Just on the desktop

As I uses Font 8 I expect that the text will same size as the matrix.

Changing the Font size to 6 don’t reduce the size in the preview window

Also the spacing and offset don’t seems to have any influence is that correct.

Yes it seems like a Bug because Size10,11,12, 13 and on seems to work.
only if you go smaller 9,8,7,6 it seems to stay at 9 or 8

Also the spacing and offset don’t seems to have any influence is that correct.

try Setmatrix 8x8, V spacing:2, H.spacing:1, enable "Auto. align"
and try "ani3.gif"

Hej spirit.

I have tried the offset and spacing and there is an effect on gif's but not on the Text.

Also sometimes offset seems to have a life of it's own.
I have tried to set it to some values and then pressing the images.
Returning to the setup page the offset sometimes has changed.
The funny thing is that it is not always changed though I am trying to verify it by following the sequence.


Is there an exact description on the spacing, offset and Auto align.
If not can you then tell me what you know and then I will put it into wiki.

Sound like a Great idea but i do not now that mutch, the Auto align i did never used it, i only found out with your quetion.
the only thing i can say is the auto align only works good if V.spacing=2 and H.spacing=1

and if you go to your desktop, press the startbutton from window go to all prgrams freestyler, and you can see a How to Ledtrix and suntrix

Hej spirit.

I have allready seen the how to and the bug report but can't get it to work as expected.

Think I have to prick-up the hw. and try it out for real and additional make a test pattern that just are for testing the spacing and offset.

And maybe I need to find a hardcore user
