American DJ Mega Bar LED

Hi all,


I don't own a ADJ Mega Bar LED myself, but based on the manual found online I made (a) fixture file(s)for the 11CHannel mode.

It consist out of 4 fixtures files.

The first fixture file is Mega Bar LED 11CH-B
which has 11 channels and is used for the main features like strobe and dimmer and also macro.
The other three files are Mega Bar LED 11CH-1 (-2 & -3)
These are 3 channel fixtures with just RGB color to control each separate part of the Mega Bar. So when loading those fixtures you have to give them the same DMX number as the full 11 Channel fixture.

eg. -B file gets 1-11
so -1 file gets 1-3
-2 file gets 4-6
-3 file gets 7-9


I do hope someone has an American DJ Mega Bar LED and want to give it a try and post some feedback.

Please attach *.pff files only. Those files contains everything needed, including images.
I've removed the *.rar you uploaded and replaced the file with the *.pff files from the *.rar file.

I'm trying to get control over the American DJ Mega Bar individual sections and sad to say, your files don't seem to work, unless I'm doing something wrong. Downloaded the fixture segment files, added them to the Freestyler desktop, Assigned the 11-b to DMX channel 1, set 3 channel segment #1 file to start addres 1 (1-3), set 2nd section to start address 4 (4-6) and set third section to start address 7 (7-9). When I select segment 1 it controls the LEDs on the whole bar. When I just select segment 2 or 3, they do nothing, no light. If I select all four fixture segments, I have the color wheel but again, it controls the entire light and not the individual segments.

Sorry, I made the stupidist mistake. Ignore my last post. I had everything set and was so focused on the fixture profile and Freestyler interface, that I forgot to set my MegaBar to 11 Channel mode. Duh!
