So, my question is, how to control this 4 faders with a midi controller (numark toal control)

there is two ways to do this what i can think of.
1) Use MIDI to DMX to assign faders to the DMX addresses you have the fixture on
2) Edit the fixture file so the attributes for the fixtures is assigned to attributes which can be controlled from the MIDI controller
for example i would change this is the fixture file:I
Set the Mode channel as intensity channel
set the gobo channel at goboch. 1
set the animation channel at goboch. 2
set the speed channel as strobe ch
then assign intensity, gobo ch 1 and 2 and the strobe ch to faders/knobes on your midi controller
