Help Please STAIRVILLE LED BAR 252 RGB
Hey i have bought 5 of "STAIRVILLE LED BAR 252 RGB" but can't make them work in freestyler please if anybody there can help me I'll be delighted...

Before we can help you anyway we need the DMX specification and/or manual of the fixture.
Secondly have you tryed to create the fixture file? If so, please tell us what you did and where the problems are. Just saying "is not working" is not that specific. There could be many reasons...

what is it your having trouble with? its a 11 channel fixture of which 9 are RGB RGB RGB one fore each section, im guessing the other 2 are function and possibly dimmer.
Freestyler only has a color picker for one RGB. So you could use the picker when all 3 sections are linked.
Please post a manual or DMX description and specify your problem
