Stageline 510 DMX USB 510 - offline with Freestyler???

HAllo together,

I' m very excited about Freestyler. It' s an amzing program.
Is there anybody who can help me. My Scene is running on my computer screen, but I got no signal on my Eurolite 64 RGB Leds. A message shows: Offline Mode.

Anyone who can help?

danke für Deine Nachricht. Den Freestyler habe ich neu gestartet und lasse nur den Szenemodus laufen. Die Meldung mit Offline ist verschwunden, dennoch kommt kein Signal an meinen LEDs an.

Hm, welche Möglichkeiten könnte es geben?
Bislang habe ich mein Stageline DMX 510 USB mit einer anderen Software betrieben. Muß ich eventuell zusätzlich Treiber für den Freestyler installieren?

thank you for your reply. I restarted FS and run the scene-mode only. The message "offline mode" is gone, but I still get no signal to my LEDs.

Hm, wich possibilitys are there?
Until now I controlled my Stageline DMX 510 USB with an other software. Do I have to install additional driver for FS?

Well, do you have selected your DMX interface in FS Setup? Go to Setup -> FreeStyler Setup -> Interface setup -> Controller and make sure that your interface is selected. Next step I would check if the DMX addressing is correct.

You say, you can see the scene on your screen? Are you running the 3D visualiser or do you mean the "show output" window from FS?
