Its possible use 2 Enttec Usb to DMX Pro connected to the same computer USB port and get 2 Universes with Freestyle?

no, currently it is not possible. a lot of people ask for this, so maybe in the future

Its not possible in the current release of FS. Chances are that this will be possible in the future.
