hi guys,
is there a fixture for a switch pack?, do i have to make one?, i have made some dimmers with no problems, can i use a dimmerprofile or will there be a problem with the switchpack needing signals only for off (0) or on (255) rather than a intensity style signal where it rises from 0 to 255.
regards
matt.

Re: switch pack
you cant make a fixture with on and off values for each channel. however you could use parcans fixture with the shutter configured
I'm almost sure switchpacks has a trigger DMX value (127/50%) where it will switch on (over 127) and off (below 127), so don't you worry about using a dimmer/parcan fixture, or if you fade the values in FreeStyler. if you want to you can make macros for on and off values. when you are programming a sequence i would recommend you use the "snap" function in stead of "fade" for your switchpacks. then you are sure when the on/off change happens
