Is it possible to assign a submaster intensity fader to the pan/tilt speed control of moving heads?

I have a few moving heads. And have 1 submaster channel with Pan movements and 1 with tilt movements.
I currently control the speed of the movingheads with the sequence speed. But this has a disadvantage.

Is it possible to control the speed of the different scene steps on a submasters intensity fader?
I have searched around. But i could not find an answer.
