Hi guys I just want to say that i really like Free-styler but have a suggestion for the Sound 2 Light add on!
I am running a Windows 7 Laptop and I have a Head phone out ( which will be connected to mixing board) and a rec line input. If the sound to light software does what i think it will do this will make interesting shows without the need to spend hours programing scenes.
Here's what i'd like to see for me the lights and audio are coming from the same source the laptop. I'd like to be able to select my audio output hardware not incoming hardware. Can you add a option to select a output audio source.
I use winamp as my playback software package for right now and at some point i might split the lighting and audio to seperate laptops.
but for now they are one and the same!
Thanks
Mike

Re: Sound 2 Light Add-on
S2L can do that. But in fact, it is Windows that can do that. Its just a setting of the record source in your soundcards configuration screen.
