Colorblast 12 TR profile help

Hello All,

I would like to use FS to control my LEDs. I need help with fixture profile if someone can guide me or if there is one available. Here's what I have and what I'm trying to do.

Fixture name: Color Kinectis - Colorblast12TR
Power/Data box for LED: Color Kinectics PDS 750TR

Usually, I connect 12 LED fixtures into Power box "PDS 750TR" and PDS 750TR has pre-set program to run LEDs. I can change to any color or speical effects. However I would like to control everything with computer. Color Kinectics PDS 750TR power box can assign DMX address to each of 12 LEDs so that I can control lights from external DMX controller.

I need fixture profile so that I can make custom color cues and patterns such as rainbow effect, strobe, color fade type effect from Freestyler.

If someone can help me with this. I will really appreciate that.

I'm sorry I didn't read the rules before.

Colorblast12 LED light fixture doesn't really have manual for settting since its supposed to be control by external box. However here's a link for LED fixture it self:

It seems you did'nt do that now either.

Please make an attempt if you get stuck YOU must upload your partial fixture file (as an exported fixture file) so we can point you in the right direction

Where is your attempt?
What is it you fail on?
What did you try already?
Did you even try to start the Fixture Creator and just make a start?

Now I know all above can sound quite rude, but what you are doing now is asking us (other forum members) to create a fixture file for you, you just do that in a complex way.

Now, you have all the data and hardware available to you. Look at DMX channel description, try to understand what it says, then start Fixture Creator and give it a go. Please!
Then, if you fail to make a good working fixture file, then export the so far made fixture file using the fixture creator, you will get a *.pff file. Upload that file in this topic and then we will guide you through, if necessary.

I already started creating fixture file using Fixture creator. Attached is file that I started. From my understanding RGB fixture have 3 channel. channel 1 is for Red, Channel 2 is for Green and Channel 3 is for blue.

Here's I input in fixture creator profile:

Total channel: 3
Check (RGB Valve box)

Red channel:1
Green channel:2
Blue channel:3

I got the fixture working in visual mode. It was my mistake. I didnt not change interface to virsual interfence mode. Now I have all 12 LED fixture change color to what ever I pick from FS software.

I have 12 LED fixtures in 12 different DMX address every 4th address. I know I can select all and have one color at any given time. I would like to make Rainbow pattern so that each light have slide different color and I would like to have strobe option. I know with Moving heads theres alot of buttotns I can just select from FS and it will do on fly but how can I do that with RGB LED Lights in FS?

thanks for the suggestion. I have everything working right with the fixtures. I can use stand alone from DMX box it self but I cannot have different color in each fixtures at once with stand alon box. With FS I can do that now.

In sequence builder I used "FX" generator and i can use either sin wave to create nice color effect. This is great piece of software.

I have question regarding my cues. in past, I made great cues with other scanner then save them into cue window and everytime I try to reload them at my gig's they dont work the way it supposed to be. I usually make 3D show at home so I can just run my show however, they sometime CUE don't do anything. Is there anything that I have to do after I save cues?

Glad you got the fixture working!

Regardig the cues, it should just work. what version of FS are you using? (your profile says 1.3??)
Maybe you can tell what doesn't work and what does.
