When i double click on freestyler it opens and the loading bar gets 80% of the way over and then my pc reboots. Please help

3.0 Pentium D Dual Core
Asrock 880 Dual Pro
Ati Radeon 9250
Windows XP Pro
1 Gig 400 Mhz
Nuendo Software for sound production
Tricerasoft Swift Eltie for Dj
Freestyler 2.96f
Freestyler was running well before i installed the new update, i downloaded 2.95f and it is working fine but when i run light to sound it crashes. Also what do you have to do to make Led Par cans sync up with sound to light what are the steps.

it shounds like a issues with dual core processors.. at least that is what looks as a common.... what i tell people with issues is try to install newest .net framework.
