2 Problems

I use freestyler 3.0.1.
The first problem:
i get no cue window. i have enabeled it in the preferences, but after the restart of freestyler i get no cue window. on the desktop of freestyler are only my fixtures. when i push the cue window button nothing happens. the only thing that changes is that i cannot create sequences in live mode. its only the offline mode available. i know therefor its important to close the cue window, but there is no open cue window.

Second Problem:
The shapes doesnt work / dont move. After pushing the on/off button nothing happens.

Can someone help me ?

regarding your first problem:

I'm not sure this would solve your problem but try to click on "window --> Reset windows position" and then choose yes.

Regarding your second problem:

Try to change your Display Resolution...
I had the same problem with a small Screen. The Windows( e.g. the Cue Window) were out of the Area you can see.
If you use a higher resolution, maybe you can see the windows again. Try it
