Help with cues on freestyler

Im fairly new to freestyler, I bought the entect open dmx dongle.I am using Chauvet Intimidators 2x 2.0's and 2 Ch605's the older ones. I have built some scenes and go into cues to play them back and sometimes they work and sometimes the have trouble like for example I made a scene that uses red and blue light and called it police search. I go to play it back and the movements are correct but the colors have turned to white instead of red and blue like I programed. In another case iv made a scene and for some reason the mirrors will do the movments but the shuter or gobo/color wheels dont operate causing it to be black. Is there some settings that could maybe not be correct? If anyone can help me id sure appreciate it. Thanks

can you make a backup file (File --> Backup/Restore --> Backup) and upload it? I think its easier to help you then.

It wont let me back up where it should say save it says open. Anyway my problem is when I go to play my cues back its like sometimes my color wheels dont remember what i set them at when i made the cue causing them to be incorrect....could this be a problem with the settings fade snap ect???

Or could this be a override setting? How do I fix this.....if i could work these bugs out of the system or figure it out (it may not be bugs lol) I would love this software!

oh yes i think that you have some channels activated when you create the sequence, so when you change the cue and the sequences that will play have channels who are not defined to go off... i create a cue that means "channels cleaner" and i set all channels to "0", if i have some problems i click that cue, the channels go off, and i click another one to continue the show.

I have 12 par64 Led and have a channel to shutter and another to strobe, when i put a cue with strobe and next another without strobe, the strobe stills working because in the next cue the sequence created say that strobe channel is "off" not "0", of course the sequences are created in transparent mode. Two options, click to set off the cue or use a cue like i said before.
