how update fixture in Magic 3D ?

maybe there is an answer for my little question, maybe not

when editing a fixture (with fixture creator) that is installed in a freestyler show the new features update when restarting freestyler the next time...

this doesn't work with "Magic 3D" after editing a fixture of the scanlibrary with the scan-editor; nothing changes and nothing is updating !!
I have to remove the fixture from the scene and newly reinstall it for really update the edited features in the virtual show.... (and this for all the scènes where the edited fixture is installed)

is there an issue how to update that ???

thank you for that response....I guessed that it would be like that...

its not dramatic but I just had to create two new kind of fixtures (but using 4 and 6 of each in a complexe visualizer-scène); and in comparison with reality I have sometimes to change some features in the scan-editor (sunlite)
it takes me quite a time to reinstall all my 10 fixtures to get the new features shown (but I've nearly finished)

I am very very happy with Freestyler, no doubt about it.... I justed thought that maybe maybe maybe there would be some miracle-issue to refresh easily the visualizer...

Which was one of the reasons I liked using the Daslight DVC2 software as you did not have to patch or setup the lights in the visualiser, you just had to position them.

...it is right that in Dashlight we can configure a "patch automaticly"; the virtual 3d simulator (exactly the same as EasyView) is looking for the main-patch in the main-window
but much more important : in construction-mode and in right-clicking on a fixture we can refresh the features of that fixture (update SSL library) and thats exactly what I'm looking for....

I'm just wondering if it not be possible to use the DashLight 3D simulator instead of the sunlite Easy-vieux (its exactly the same software, the same visualiser view) and its absolutly free in demo-mode

another strange thing : we can export from freestyler/easy-view and than import in Dashlight and Virtual3d Simulator... works allright... but does'nt work in the other sens... exporting from Dashlight/Virtual3d Simulator can't be imùported in EasyView.... strange !!

why should'nt I try ?? and I did this crazy thing and it seems to work....
in the Freestyler-Folder I placed the "EasyView.exe" in a safe place, than Icopied the "Virtual3DSimulator.exe" from Dashlight into the Freestyler folder and renamed it "EasyView.exe"
so now, here's the thing : launching Freestyler we get the 3D icon and launching the thing it tells us Sunlite Easy View but its really and in fact the Dashlight Virtual3DSimulator with all his features and forshure the option "update SSL Library

just one little point; when opening or importing our EasyView documents, the patch is lost and we have to redo the entire patch and than save again (the patch editor is still the sunlite-one)
in the end I got a new scin and a precious feature (update the library) - and I just tried it and it works really.... yeeesss

I saw that I can create new layers now (and certainely some other things... like video)

what does this question mean ???
legal about what ??? Daslight is downloadable and fullfonctionnal in demo-mode the same as sunlite and magig3D)
in Freestyler you use Sunlite's Easywiew 2006 in demo mode
is it legal ???

you can also use the visualizer from Martin's Lightjokey

these softwares are totaly free in demo-mode; freely downloadable at the internet-sites from Martin, Sunlite or Daslight

where is your problem ???
maybe you think that even when a software is running in demo-mode and freely available it is illegal to use it ???
just download from the daslight official homepage, install, run and enjoy.... !!!
