They will affect a light when playing back a recorded scene or bezzier.
I was wondering if a new feauture could be added in freestyler, so the inverse settings also could be saved in a sequence if wanted.

If i want to make a sequence with 2 scanners which should point oposite ways , the sequence could be created much faster if i could select one of the scanners to use inverse pan/tilt,so the inverse values are saved in the sequence, then i dont have to manually inverse the values for one of the scanners.

i know i just could use the present inverse buttons, but these will effect my other sequences where my two scanners are suposed to point the same way, because they are working as override buttons as Mattotone said. if i deselect the inverse buttons afte aihave made my new sequence, ithe scanners will point the same way when i run the sequence

I hope my suggestion is unerstandable? does anyone else thinks this is a good idea?
