I do my music and videos for performance. I would like to control the lights on the venue the same way. So i plan to control light patterns (chases, cues) triggered by midi notes (from ableton live midi patterns) thru an midibridge (midiyoke or so).
Is their any way to synchronise Freestyler on a midi clock, and control the times of fades, cues etc .. a ryhtm grid ?. for exemple, a 4/4 beat with a 1/4 beat fade on the kik (midi) and a 2/4 strobo (shutter by on off chase) trigger by the snare.
I just want to send simple midi messages , no Control Changes, so the fade has to be in sync with my midi host. anyone as a trick to do that ?? (the fade is far too long for quick sounds.. how to do it more speed?)
