wondering if anyone has a fixture file that is working . the one that is in here dose not work . or if smeone could make it for that would be nice .or if someone would be kind enough to show me how thankyou

It would be helpfull if you told us what fails.
Its a 4 channel fixture, so it would not be too hard to test with (for example) a 4 dimmer fixture.

the only thing that works is the shutter but cant change any patterns

Could you please uplaod the manual... if you cant do that write the dmx overview. otherwise we can't check the fixture file.
also be sure you have addressed the fixture correctly and the address is the same in Freestyler
