By clicking an image from the list.
When you press 'set' it means you want to show the text, so don't press that.
If if you did press that, you can remove the text from the output by setting the text master to 0%.

I use the Chinese XP system, no matter how no image display, see the following drawings:

I have the same problem with LedTrix and SunTrix. I can't play images.

I Have the same problem. No such problems with text, but no GIF playback. Maybe there's no some .DLL or some runtime library. Using Win XP SP3, tried all versions of Freestyler from 2.6 version.

I Have installed latest Frestyler 3.5.2 version on 3 system:
- PC with Win 7 64 bit
- laptop with Win 7 64 bit
- old laptop with Win XP

on all system animations does'nt work in LedTrix & Suntrix. Normallly, when I opened gif in browser everything is OK. Can anyone help me with this problem or still no solution ?

I have the same problem. I set the addresses, I think that everything is set correctly but GIF animations not work. I can display the text.
What is needed is some additional library. Dll? Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
My system is Windows XP, freestyler Version: 3.5.5, LED trix: 1.8.

Is it working on the preview?
Are you using the gifs provided?

May need to reinstall the software.

I'm just playing with LedTrix for the first time,FS version 3.5.2 on XP Pro SP2.

I have the same problem, no output on ledtrix (normal cues run fine) and no preview. I uninstalled it, deleted any leftover registry entries, and re-installed from new. It's still not working.

I tried downloading the latest FS edition but it won't install, it says 'microsoft net 3 not detected'.

I've just installed FS latest version to an XP computer (a different one) and it still isn't working..the preview and dmx outputs are still blank.

hi sorry for seening this so late but i have got the same issue.

(note: ledrix or suntrix never shows up on the OUTPUT window, only if you patch fitxtures on the channels you use for Ledtrix or Suntrix.)

but that the "Preview" doesnt works, is related to JAVA, RUNTIMEX or some other windows tool that is missing or inconrrect. the only way i got the preview working again is to reinstall XP.

it but if connect the matrix to DMX it should work OK.

Ok, I've fixed the problem.

I went into windows display properties and my colour resolution was MEDIUM 16-bit.

I changed it to HIGH 24-bit (it won't go any higher) and that has magically made DMX appear in response to the gif animations.

The only problem now is that when clicking the F keys it sometimes crashes FS
