DMX400 Problem using 12 moving heads

Hello people!!!
I use the Freestyler here in Brazil and the software is very great.
But I am having a strange problem.
Using DMX400 with 4 or 6 moving heads everything works normal, but when I set 8 or 12 moving heads the moving head nº 7 enter the value 252 instead of the value 255.
It is a little difference, but my moving heads enter in strobe worth 251 to 254 of the dimmer channel that makes the moving head nº 7 different from the others while using DMX400.
This has happened to someone?
And I have other little question. What I do for use one chanell of DMX 400 to control 2 or more moving heads at the same time?

Can you tell me what the moving heads you are using are?
Also if you made your own profile for them can you upload it please?

I have tried to recreate using a generic profile but it all seems to work for me.

Hello!
The moving head that I use is the 250 Spot, 13 channels, the brand is Rockbit.
These movings heads came from China and I even created the profile to add them to Freestyler.
How do I put the configuration file of the moving head here in the forum?
Can I post my backup too? Because if the problem is some configuration that I did you may identify.

Can you post a copy of the user manual in PDF as well ?

I cant see anything wrong with your profile except the intensity is set as 0 to 255 on the shutter channel (4) and I would guess that this might need to change but I can tell what the values should be. I can find any info on these heads on the internet.

I discovered what was happening.
The problem was the operator!
I had not noticed that the value selected in the slider 7 of the maximum value limiter in DMX400 was 252.
That is what was limiting the amount of the chanell!
I must have clicked on it without seeing, and do not use this function to limit the maximum value or that could be noticed that.
