Touchscreen Resolution?

How can i change the size of the FS-Screen for my Touchscreen?

I want to use FS on an Gigabyte Netbook. It has a touchscreen :-)) with an resolution of 1280x768 Pixels. When i start FS in Touchscreenmodus i could not see anything at this time.
