Blackouts am Eurolite LED PST 15W

Ich habe einen. eurolite LED PST 15W angeschlossen und da kommt es immer wieder zu kurzfristigen Blackouts. Der Strahler ist auf 4Kanal eingestellt und so auch im Programm eingetragen. Der Fehler tritt egal auf welche Kanäle er angemeldet ist auf. Fixture wurde auch schon gelöscht und neu erstellt. Am Analogen Mischpult tritt der Fehler nicht auf.

This may be an issue with the DMX interface you are using.

You say the error does not occur on an analog mixer. Do you mean a dmx control board with the traditional sliders?

Der Fehler tritt am Mischpult mit Schiebereglern nicht auf.
Habe den Fehler sowohl mit 4Kanal (RGBW) Wie auch mit 6Kanal (RGBW STROB MASTER) Einstellung.
Die Blackouts kommen in unregelmäßigen Abständen, mal mehrere Minuten nicht und dann zwei oder dreimal hintereinander.

I had an issue where our slider interface worked OK but the Freestyler system had issues. The problem was the DMX signal level from the USB to DMX interface box. The output level was insufficient and thus the DMX lights sometimes received a corrupted signal. If this is your problem then there are 3 solutions of which I can think. One is to reposition your computer so that the DMX cable length is shorter (usually not realistic), two is to replace your DMX interface with one like the ENTEC PRO (or a competitor) and the 3rd is to insert a DMX signal booster or splitter (which should boost the signal).

Was mich halt irritiert ist das der Fehler nur an dem einen Scheinwerfer Auftritt. Wir haben daneben 2 Lightbars und 2 Cameo Strahler angeschlossen die fehlerfrei arbeiten.
