Show all Panel Not Opening

Hi

I recently bought two "moving washes" and configured them through "Fixture creator". In the side panel I can move the commands of "Tilt", "Pan" and all others. But when I click on the "Show All Panels" option nothing happens. This option is not enabled for me. Does anybody know how to solve this? Thanks

Two things, one your in the wrong part of the forum so I've moved your post, and two three only time you get the show all panels button is if your fixture is selected, are you sure it's not actually been unselected?

Hello man. Thanks for the answer! I select the equipment, but nothing happens. I created the "fixture" but I think I may have done something wrong. It only works from the side panel.

Export the file and add it here as a

I was able to configure the "Tilt" and "pan" in the "Fixture Config" panel. So it really is a configuration issue.
I took the equipment manual and I'm trying to define the positions. But I still can't!

I've attached it for you to take a look at! but i'm about to give up

You have lamp Panel and pan tilt panel, there are no other panels to show because your fixture file is incomplete. no color channels configured, no gobo channels (if needed), no macros? None of those panels will appear unless all sections are filled with values

Oh my friend. I really don't know how to do it. I looked for some videos on youtube but without success! I'm going to give this up, I really can't! Thank you very much for the support!
