Problem Win 11 + Microsoft Surface pro 4 + enttec Open

usually i use freestyler 4.1.1. on different computers without problems (1 laptop win 10, 1 deks win 11) with ENTTEC Open DMX.

I tried to install Freestyler and Enttec on a Microsoft Surface 4 pro (win 11 64bit) for use it in the live show by the touchscreen, but with the same configuration, fixture and scenes of the others computers, on the Surface, i have a big problem: it seems that the interface don't send correct information to the lights. The lights stops after few seconds in sequences.

So i tried to put only one light (30w Mini spot) in a new stage and i tried to move it manually... well the lights moves in a strange way: for example if i move the pan when i set the value >130 the tilt start to move, or the dimmer value set after 130 make move the lights (pan and tilt).

if i check the channel values (show outputs) the values are ok while the lights do the strange thing i told before.

That's not happen on the others Computers using the same interface..

Any ideas?

Usb power saving? Change your power settings perhaps?

There used to be an issue I think with someone called USB selective suspend... As the surface pro is a tablet is probably power saving maybe?

first of all thank you for your help.
I tried do switch off all power saving options (i found many tutorials on line) but the problem is not solved
it's really a strange problem because the Freestyler and interface works but non in correct way

Are all the FreeStyler versions the same on your other devices? If this one is different perhaps it's a bug?

Yes all the version are 4.1.1

I'm in dubt if is a Freestyler Problem or drivers interface problem.....

Uninstall the drivers and try again

i did it and i installed different version...

Make sure all of your sequences are .chs filetype. pre 4.0 everything was .chb and i have found that those files need to be removed or edited and saved as .chs (then delete ALL .chb files to eliminate confusion)

thnx for all your support. I tried all the solutions you suggested to me but nothing worked. So i returend to use my old laptop without any problems with same sequences!
