Sequence keeps ON
When i start a CUE with all my sequences and then turn it OFF, why some of the sequences still runs?

You need to check "go to previous value" in freestyler preferences.
Understand that they are called intelligent lights but they are really dumb! If you tell a light to come on then you must also tell it when to turn off. if you don't have directions programmed in for each fixture in every cue then you will get a lot of residual from previous commands.
