I have a small problem with 4.1.1 version.
The "IRIS,FOCUS,ZOOM" button didn't work. I press the button in the software, but nothing happen
The control panel does not appear.Can anybody tell me what is the problem? Thanks a lot!

I have a small problem with 4.1.1 version.

those are features that must be configured in the fixture file. Get your fixture manual, open the fixture file and make sure all settings match the DMX profile.
