The first mentioned new feature of version 4.1 is
- Override buttons fade-out functionality
I can see the options Snap at fadeout start and Modify speed:
but both options seem to have no effect at all.
Am I missing some documentation? Is there anyone who has figured out how these features work?
The wiki is no help unfortunately.

Re: 4.1: Override buttons fade-out functionality, how?
Thanks! Those new fade options are very helpful when programming chases.
However, since override buttons only use the first scene of a chase, the new fade curves aren't making any difference when toggling/flashing an override button. Or am I missing something?

Re: 4.1: Override buttons fade-out functionality, how?
I have now tested and worked perfectly for me.
Set Override buttons to allow fading (right click)
open sequence creator
select fixture led par
go to slideout faders
on right side of dimmer channel click until blue triangle going from small to big, raise fader to 255
set red fader to 255 and make box to the right yellow
set fade-in time to 2000 and scene time to 8000
save
add to button
works perfect for me

I missed that step, I didn't notice that toggle with the Override buttons options.
Thanks very much!

Re: 4.1: Override buttons fade-out functionality, how?
What I found out:
If it is checked: The override buttons effect stops immediately when the button is released
If it is unchecked: The buttons effect stops at the first following beat/step
